Vendor Participation

Vendor participation in the Latino Farmer's Market is available to vendors and artisans who meet our participation criteria. By applying to become a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your application and vendor profile
• Maintain valid business licenses and permits as required for your products
• Conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with other vendors and customers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your products and sales
• Follow all market rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers

Vendor Profiles

As a vendor, you may create a profile that is visible to the public. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information in your profile is accurate and up to date
• Not misrepresenting your products, qualifications, or services
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other vendors, customers, or users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our platform to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Products and Services

Latino Farmer's Market provides a marketplace for vendors to sell their products and connect with the community. We do not guarantee any sales outcomes or business results. Vendors are independently responsible for their products, pricing, food safety, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Latino Farmer's Market is not a party to any transactions between vendors and their customers.

Intellectual Property

The Latino Farmer's Market name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Latino Farmer's Market of Virginia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. Content you submit to your profile remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on our platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latino Farmer's Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages related to sales, vendor relationships, or business outcomes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor participation at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from our directory.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify vendors of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
